Introduction

Valid Identities allows you to detect customers with fake, disposable or abusive email addresses.

Important:

Although we update our records hourly or daily, there might be cases when we can't detect a disposable email address in time. When this happens or when you detect customers with abusive behavior, let us know.

How it works

Refresh database regularly

We refresh our database multiple times a day: usually on an hourly basis. We pull data from multiple sources, but customers can also mark abusive or suspicious behavior.

Blacklist check

We check your input against our blacklists.

Realtime validation

We validate the DNS settings, the mail server and check against heuristics.

Respond in a timely manner

Return the status and details for each entry.
